Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order/pre-order please contact us as soon as possible at shop@saintetienne.com

if the order has not been sent out we will cancel it and issue a refund. If it has been sent then please send it back unopened to:

and we will refund the order amount. In this case you will be responsible for the return postage.

We cannot issue a refund if you return an opened package unless the contents are faulty.

Shipping Date and Order Status emails

We will email you when we have posted your order, this email will be sent by shop@saintetienne.com

If the shop is running really slowly please be patient and try again later.

VAT

VAT @ 17.5% is included in all prices and shipping/handling costs for EU and UK customers

Payment is via Paypal only

If you don't want a paypal account you can still pay by credit/debit card through paypal without setting one up

Privacy & Security

We will not pass on your details to any third parties.

All payments are handled by Paypal and we will receive no credit card details.

The checkout is on a secure server.

Order limit

There is a maximum of 3 copies of A Glimpse of Stocking allowed per customer.
